MHQ OFFICES Otunba Road Project
FBG takes pride in the development of this modern office block for its client, MHQ. Working with our architects, Domaine Republic, this project received in Berlin the 2016 World Architecture Festival Commendation for future offices and the Architectural Review MIPIM Future Projects Awards in 2017 in Cannes, France. This building stretches the boundaries of new technology for sustainable building design development in Africa.
ST JAMES'S PROJECT
This luxury state of the art residential block of apartments is enviably located in the heart of Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. LAKEOWE LAKES PROJECT
FBG designed this family home as a get away space suitable for entertaining. The focal point is the outdoor pool and BBQ area and the brief was to develop a facility that compliments the outdoor lifestyle of the family.
JOHN 3V3 PROJECT
This multipurpose building design concept was developed in house for our client based on a complex combination of criteria. FBG’s challenge was to fit all the requirements for a manufacturing factory alongside lettable commercial offices and lettable residential units all co-existing inconspicuously.
VITRIUM TOWER PROJECT
FBG has the privilege of managing the design and development of this complex but exciting building on the famous Alexander road in Ikoyi. An extremely grand one stop diagnostic centre with international conference facilities, observation rooms, world class laboratories and diagnostic rooms amongst other facilities.
PINOCK BEACH HOMES PROJECT
The Client was keen to have 4 & 5 Bedroom family units within this very secure estate. The internal arrangement allows young children and adults to enjoy shared facilities while at the same time allowing individuals a certain level of privacy.
OSBORNE SMALL OFFICE PROJECT
This small office building sits on 3500sqm of land by the waterfront. The office is designed for team building activities with putting greens to the front lawns and sit out terraces to the rear with waterfront views.
POLO LIFE CENTRE PROJECT
The Polo life Centre was designed as a single multipurpose health and wellness facility. This commercial building had the challenge of meeting the client’s brief to house a gym, a spa, a health and beauty store, a pharmacy, cafe, meeting rooms and residential suites within a single 1,400sqm site for the ultimate healthy life experience.
